Neil Jones talks about the variety in his role as a Social Worker specialising in Adult Services.  No two days are the same but typical tasks include drawing up care plans, dealing with issues service users may have, reviewing cases and sometimes crisis intervention.  Also included is a short case study.  Neil works for Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council and considers his job to be very rewarding with very high levels of job satisfaction.
