Welcome

Dafydd Lloyd is Engineering Projects Group Manager at Caerphilly County Borough Council and works on engineering and project management consultancy services.  He works with four teams; two on highways, one on structure and one on project management. His role is split between managing the four teams and looking at the strategic side of the business which is interfacing with the rest of the authority and within the collaboration agenda of other local authorities in South Wales.
